This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead and implement proactive demand generation initiatives across various industries, domains, and account-based campaigns.
• Strategically plan and carry out hands-on outreach (including messaging, sequences, follow-ups, and CRM) in collaboration with leadership and practitioner networks.
• Collaborate with service line leaders to transform expertise into engaging, service-oriented offers.
• Organize a calendar of small, impactful events (such as dinners, roundtables, seminars, and the Future Leadership series).
• Optimize the effectiveness of existing assets (including insight reports, AI prototypes, and demos) throughout campaigns and content.
• Create and maintain target account lists along with decision-maker maps in key sectors.
• Monitor performance in relation to pipeline contributions and adjust strategies based on outcomes.
• Oversee campaign execution as part of the broader demand generation strategy.
• Assist in structured Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and conduct in-depth research for strategic accounts.
• Provide clear reporting on performance metrics and identify areas for future focus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a new business, demand generation, or growth role within a B2B agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
• Proven ability to design and execute proactive demand generation campaigns from start to finish, with tangible pipeline results.
• Comfortable performing outreach independently — crafting sequences, sending them, managing CRM, and conducting follow-ups.
• Proficient in translating practitioner expertise and thought leadership into propositions and offers that resonate.
• Familiarity with, or a genuine interest in, AI, software engineering, design, digital strategy, and product development.
• Confident in a flat, entrepreneurial setting, with a strong focus on external output rather than internal processes.
• Experience in one or more of our priority sectors is advantageous: automotive & manufacturing, legal, energy, media, or not-for-profit.
