Growth Hacker, AI Operator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a feature’s growth by selecting key metrics, devising a strategic plan, and enhancing performance.

• Develop bots, agentic workflows, and automations to efficiently deliver content and conduct experiments at scale.

• Rapidly publish content, tools, and pages, review outcomes, and iterate based on findings.

• Seek collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements through platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Substack, as well as partnerships and PR efforts.

• Formulate hypotheses, execute experiments, analyze results, document findings, and discontinue ineffective trials.

• Conduct a minimum of 5 experiments weekly, showcasing measurable progress each week.

• Enhance brand visibility and citation frequency across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

• Native or near-native English proficiency, capable of writing, editing, and pitching persuasively.

• An AI-native mindset coupled with experience in utilizing AI tools, agents, and automations.

• Ability to deliver results quickly, learn, and iterate with a solid grasp of performance metrics.

• A growth-oriented mindset that can identify effective levers, test them, and scale successful strategies.

• Competence in working across content creation, outreach, automation, and analysis.

• Bonus: experience in SEO/GEO, link building, or community/PR outreach.

• Bonus: experience in developing scrapers, bots, or content pipelines.

• Bonus: proven track record of rapidly growing a feature or page with quantifiable results.
