• Concentrate on linking essential aspects of the go-to-market strategy to facilitate quicker and more accurate outcomes.
• Develop documentation and resources to assist the team in acquiring new skills and building agents at scale.
• Spearhead Demand Generation initiatives.
• Utilize AI to collaborate with contractors, agencies, and internal resources to enhance results.
• Integrate various reporting signals into a unified view.
• Streamline signals and workflows within our go-to-market strategies.
• Take ownership of Marketing reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with RevOps and AI tools to ensure consistent and precise reporting on Marketing KPIs.
• Analyze data for insights and highlight findings that could lead to enhanced go-to-market performance.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in marketing automation.
• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle and reporting.
• Proficiency in Claude skills, project management, and agent development for Marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting capabilities.
• Strong plus: Experience in agency operations or management.
• Familiarity with optimization on major advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Experience in startups or scaling businesses focused on Enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of the ecommerce industry.
• Capability to produce board-level reporting outputs.
