Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven internal tools that streamline the operations of the GTM team. Take the lead on enrichment and scoring agents, account research workflows, automated outbound personalization, call summarization, insight extraction, and internal knowledge agents via Slack, Notion, and the CRM. Consider every repetitive GTM task as a potential candidate for automation.

• Create customer-facing growth interfaces. This includes interactive demos, sandboxed environments, in-product guides, AI-assisted onboarding, dynamic case study experiences, and tools that enable prospects to evaluate Goldsky independently before engaging with sales.

• Implement marketing engineering solutions. This encompasses the website, landing pages, A/B testing, lifecycle email flows, attribution plumbing, and the integration of marketing tools, CRM, and product analytics. Approach the GTM stack as a legitimate engineering surface rather than a disorganized collection of solutions.

• Collaborate with sales engineering and solutions to automate various aspects of the customer evaluation journey: provisioning, sample pipelines, integration accelerators, ROI calculators, and technical content generation.

• Measure and learn. Establish the analytics and experimentation necessary to determine which tools and surfaces are effectively driving growth. Eliminate ineffective solutions and enhance those that work.

• Serve as the AI expert for GTM. Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools, and introduce those that can significantly improve our operations. Assist the rest of the company in becoming proficient AI users.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are an engineer with experience in developing complete solutions: frontend, backend, integrations, agents, and automations. You are capable of scoping your own work without needing a PM, and you can deliver results independently.

• You have experience deploying LLMs and AI tools in production environments. You understand the distinction between an impressive demo and a robust system capable of real-world performance. You are familiar with the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval methods, evaluations, and the rapidly changing AI landscape.

• You possess a strong commercial curiosity. You aim to understand who the buyers are, their motivations, what constitutes an excellent onboarding experience, and how a specific automation can impact real revenue figures.

• You are proficient in modern web technologies (TypeScript and Next.js or similar) and comfortable navigating various environments, services, and third-party APIs.

• You work with a high degree of autonomy. You can identify important tasks, define their scope, execute them, and measure their success. You see projects through to completion.

• You are an effective communicator. You can engage with a salesperson regarding pipelines, discuss landing pages with a designer, and converse with a backend engineer about API contracts in the same day, seamlessly integrating all three perspectives into a cohesive output.

• You have a keen interest in fintech and stablecoin infrastructure, or you are eager to quickly gain knowledge in this area.
