Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop internal tools powered by AI that streamline the operations of the GTM team. This includes leading enrichment and scoring agents, account research workflows, automated outbound personalization, call summarization, insight extraction, and internal knowledge agents across Slack, Notion, and the CRM. Consider every hour of repetitive GTM work as a potential candidate for automation.

• Create customer-facing growth surfaces. This encompasses interactive demonstrations, sandboxed playgrounds, in-product guides, AI-assisted onboarding, dynamic case study experiences, and tools that allow prospects to evaluate Goldsky independently before engaging with sales.

• Execute marketing engineering initiatives. This involves the website, landing pages, A/B testing, lifecycle email flows, attribution systems, and the integration of marketing tools, CRM, and product analytics. Treat the GTM stack as a genuine engineering surface rather than a makeshift solution.

• Collaborate with sales engineering and solutions to automate segments of the customer evaluation journey, including provisioning, sample pipelines, integration accelerators, ROI calculators, and technical content generation.

• Analyze and learn. Establish the analytics and experimentation needed to identify which tools and surfaces are effectively driving growth. Discontinue what is ineffective and amplify what works.

• Serve as the AI expert for GTM. Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools, and introduce those that significantly enhance our operations. Assist the rest of the company in becoming proficient AI users.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are an engineer with experience in building projects from start to finish: frontend, backend, integrations, agents, and automations. You can define your own work scope without needing a PM, and you can deliver results independently.

• You have experience deploying LLMs and AI tools in a production environment. You understand the distinction between an impressive demo and a robust system that performs well under real-world conditions. You are familiar with the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval methods, evaluations, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

• You possess a strong commercial curiosity. You are eager to learn about customer purchasing behavior, the elements that contribute to an exceptional onboarding experience, and how specific automations can impact actual revenue figures.

• You are proficient in modern web technologies (TypeScript and Next.js or similar) and comfortable navigating multiple environments, services, and third-party APIs.

• You work with a high degree of autonomy. You are capable of identifying critical tasks, defining their scope, executing them, and measuring the results. You complete projects efficiently.

• You excel in communication. You can engage with a salesperson about the pipeline, collaborate with a designer on a landing page, and discuss API contracts with a backend engineer all in one afternoon, effectively integrating these discussions into a cohesive project.

• You have a keen interest in fintech and stablecoin infrastructure, or you are motivated to quickly become knowledgeable in this area.
