This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development of a successful personal brand on X by implementing a validated content and lead-generation strategy.
• Oversee the execution of content, engagement initiatives, and optimization of lead-capture processes.
• Analyze daily competitor intelligence reports produced through AI-driven research tools.
• Recognize content trends, patterns, and effective formats within the industry.
• Generate 15–20 tweets weekly that reflect the founder's voice and positioning.
• Organize and publish content that has received approval.
• Track activity in the DM funnel and manage lead flow.
• Evaluate weekly performance metrics and suggest modifications to content strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in expanding B2B brands or founders on X/Twitter.
• Capability to deliver measurable growth outcomes along with case studies.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a genuine, relatable tone.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Viktor, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of audience engagement frameworks and content aimed at conversions.
• Awareness of DM funnels, lead magnets, CRM processes, and lead-capture mechanisms.
• Strong analytical abilities to discern patterns from competitor insights and performance data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at working with established systems and standard operating procedures.
