This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and enhance attribution models, such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM), to improve investment distribution across various channels.
• Guarantee data reliability by managing the tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, and tag management on Meta, Google, TikTok, and the website).
• Align media data with actual business results (registrations and payments), ensuring precision in analyses.
• Evaluate channel saturation and pinpoint opportunities for scaling or optimizing investments.
• Perform regular in-depth analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and suggest budget reallocations.
• Spearhead experimentation initiatives, including A/B test design, statistical analysis, and optimization of landing page conversions.
• Oversee and mentor a media analyst, directing the development of reports and analyses using tools such as Fennec, Grafana, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
• Accountable for weekly growth reports and monthly performance evaluations, linking data to strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Conversions API, with comprehensive knowledge of tracking and measurement.
• Proficient in SQL for extracting and analyzing media and registration data.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Data Studio.
• Solid background in attribution modeling, understanding the influence of multiple channels on conversion rates.
• Proven experience in media mix analysis, aiding investment allocation decisions across channels.
