This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee product management for Reddit’s Finance SaaS portfolio, which includes treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity systems.
• Mentor and manage a team of SaaS product managers while retaining direct responsibility for selected applications.
• Establish the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Finance SaaS ecosystem.
• Make decisions on build-versus-buy and vendor selection, acting as the product representative for Finance technology investments.
• Define and implement product operating processes for intake, prioritization, release management, change management, and adoption measurement.
• Identify and initiate AI-enabled finance workflows, including automation of closing processes, reconciliations, anomaly detection, and approval copilots.
• Prioritize the roadmap using measurable outcomes, such as reductions in close-cycle time, automation rates, SOX compliance effectiveness, and Finance productivity.
• Create a transparent demand pipeline and a cross-functional decision-making framework for Finance capabilities.
• Propel finance transformation initiatives across QTC, P2P, R2R, and H2R.
• Provide guidance to senior Finance and Tech leaders on roadmap trade-offs and strategic direction.
• Align Finance, Tech, Business partners, internal teams, and external integration partners.
• Conduct evaluations of system performance, workflows, and adoption metrics.
• Set the direction and priorities for product management domains, mentor team members, conduct one-on-ones, and enhance team capacity.
• Manage application roadmaps, intake, enhancement prioritization, releases, and relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee Finance SaaS vendor renewals, SLAs, roadmap influence, escalations, spend rationalization, contracts, and total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership, FP&A, Technical Accounting, Revenue, Treasury, Payroll, Finance Operations, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering.
• Assist with M&A systems due diligence, gap analysis, integration sequencing, and adoption planning.
• Minimum of 8 years in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation.
• At least 2 years of direct people-management experience.
• Proven ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across various domains, including ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing product/intake operating models, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, release management, and change management.
• Strong background in vendor management, encompassing selection, renewals, SLAs, and influence over vendor roadmaps.
• Previous people-management experience in developing PM or systems-analyst talent.
• Capability to navigate between executive roadmap discussions and platform configuration specifics.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating portfolio strategy to CFOs and sprint priorities to engineers.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, audit readiness, SOX requirements, data quality, and compliance implications.
• Experience in defining close-transformation roadmaps, reconciliation strategies, reporting-readiness plans, and UAT strategies.
• Proven track record of scaling products and delivering business outcomes in high-growth, complex environments.
