📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of copy for various brands and integrated campaigns.

• Mentor and nurture the development of Copy Supervisors, Senior Copywriters, and junior writers.

• Advocate for the use of AI to enhance creative ideation, optimize workflows, and improve creative output.

• Confidently present work to clients and senior leadership.

• Maintain creative excellence, brand consistency, and medical precision across all materials.

• Keep abreast of trends in healthcare, culture, digital media, and AI to foster innovative ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of copywriting experience, ideally within a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency.

• Demonstrated success in leading teams, mentoring writers, and delivering presentations to clients.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare communications, the MLR process, and AI tools that aid creative development.

• A portfolio that highlights strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work is essential.
