Graphic & Web Design Specialist, Mini-Job

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a design language: You will build upon our existing branding, evolving it into a cohesive visual system that is consistently applied across all touchpoints – from the website to social media and presentations.

• Create visual assets: You will design social media graphics, thumbnails, marketing materials, presentations, and web assets – not just conceptually, but hands-on until the final result is achieved.

• Web & product design: Ideally, you will also bring experience in web design or product/UI design, enabling you to elevate our digital touchpoints visually to the next level.

• AI integration: Together with us, you will explore ways to accelerate image generation, asset creation, and design workflows using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, etc.).

• Optional – Content for the learning platform: If you are interested, you can create AI design tutorials for our platform, demonstrating how AI-supported design works in practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design expertise: Proven experience in graphic design, brand design, web design, or UI/UX – backed by a compelling portfolio. You are not a junior; you are a professional.

• Hands-on execution: You can not only conceptualize and art direct but also implement designs pixel-perfect by yourself.

• AI experience in design: You have already integrated AI tools into your design workflow and can showcase this – demonstrate a project where AI played a role.

• Attention to detail: You can identify inconsistencies in visual systems and have the commitment to resolve them.

• Proactive: You do not wait for instructions; instead, you see where action is needed.
