Graphic Designer, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual materials for instructional content and digital platforms utilizing industry-standard graphic design software.

• Design and modify multimedia assets to develop engaging visual training materials.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools within approved authoring and graphics software to enhance animation and graphic production.

• Ensure that every AI-assisted output is reviewed and approved by a qualified instructional designer prior to inclusion in a deliverable.

• Collaborate closely with instructional designers and project management to assist in curriculum development and modernization efforts.

• Adhere to established design practices and maintain precision to ensure deliverables meet program quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia design, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of experience producing visual and multimedia assets, including contributions to e-learning or training products.

• Production-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Envato Elements; this is a mandatory screening requirement.

• Familiarity with accessible design principles, including color contrast, captioning, alternative text, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance.

• Availability during core hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

• Experience in animation, scenario-based visuals, or audiovisual production for training purposes.

• Knowledge of ELB Gold Suite Studio (Lectora) or Articulate 360 Suite.

• Background in corrections, law enforcement, or public safety subject matter.

• Previous work experience on a federal contract with formal deliverable review and acceptance processes.

• Subject to any background or suitability screening required by the customer.
