This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with brand teams and the Creative Director to create engaging visual designs that adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all platforms (print, web, social media, trade shows, etc.).
• Work cross-functionally to convert scientific and marketing messages into visually appealing graphics.
• Produce infographics, illustrations, diagrams, layout templates, and presentations that effectively convey complex health and science information to varied audiences (HCPs, patients, stakeholders).
• Prepare print-ready files and digital assets, oversee production vendors, and guarantee quality control (color management, typography, proofing).
• Maintain and refresh a digital asset library, design templates, and brand toolkit.
• Stay updated on design trends, digital tools, technologies, and industry best practices; suggest enhancements in processes and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and (internal) brand and medical-legal standards, including version control and archiving.
• Occasionally participate in trade shows or internal events to provide on-site design/production assistance.
• Create in-house presentations and templates as required.
• Execute various other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, particularly for creating presentation graphics).
• Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; capable of working with stakeholders who may not possess design expertise.
• Keen attention to detail, especially regarding print production and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with brand management, asset libraries, version control, and design workflows.
• Ability to navigate both digital and print mediums, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Preferred: experience with motion graphics, video editing, web design, UX/UI, or 3D/infographic work.
