This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional design work across both digital and print mediums in alignment with established creative direction.
• Create a diverse array of materials including presentations, marketing assets, social media graphics, advertisements, and event-related content.
• Ensure that all outputs are visually cohesive, adhere to brand standards, and are ready for production.
• Prepare final files for both print and digital use.
• Uphold high standards of design quality, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Implement and maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
• Assist in the ongoing development and enhancement of the company’s visual identity.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, imagery, layouts, and overall design systems.
• Update and manage branded templates, design libraries, and shared creative resources.
• Guarantee that visual communications accurately represent the company's messaging and brand principles.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, sales, and cross-functional teams to create effective solutions.
• Take guidance from the Creative Director and make swift revisions based on feedback.
• Handle multiple design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
• Proactively communicate about timelines, priorities, project progress, and resource requirements.
• Contribute to streamlined creative workflows and project management practices.
• Offer innovative ideas and design solutions within established brand frameworks.
• Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Approach creative challenges with a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance visual communication and user engagement across various channels.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative position.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in layout, typography, branding, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience in designing for both digital and print platforms.
• Solid understanding of brand systems and visual consistency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferably experienced in a B2B, technology, or professional services setting.
• Experience in designing presentations and executive-level PowerPoint decks is preferred.
