Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create captivating visuals for both digital and print formats, including website graphics, email marketing campaigns, social media content, landing pages, one-pagers, and more.

• Generate visual content that enhances educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides.

• Convert complex software features and nonprofit ideas into clear, accessible graphics.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements by adhering to established design standards.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across various departments and campaigns.

• Partner with the marketing team to develop visual assets for product launches, webinars, lead generation initiatives, and email marketing campaigns.

• Design visuals that effectively promote engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.

• Assist the product marketing and customer success teams by creating software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks that highlight product features.

• Accept and incorporate feedback from team members to ensure final designs fulfill objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the Philippines with reliable availability for a long-term position.

• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or similar professional design software.

• Thorough understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design principles.

• Ability to juggle multiple design projects while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Proficient English communication skills for effective team collaboration.

• Proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic about contributing to marketing and educational efforts.

• Experience designing for SaaS, technology, or nonprofit organizations is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is beneficial.

• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software is a plus.
