This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in addressing the needs of incoming requests from marketing leadership and fee-earners concerning creative support.
• Participate in strategy meetings with marketing and communications leadership, fee-earners, and research when necessary.
• Create materials to convey essential messages and key selling points.
• Develop creative assets and oversee the production and quality assurance of marketing collateral, keeping the Property Marketing Design Manager informed of progress.
• Review draft presentations in collaboration with the Design Manager and/or Marketing Manager.
• Finalize creative property marketing materials for distribution.
• Coordinate the production of materials, which includes packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print, preparing notes and instructions for printers, and coordinating with Marketing Coordinators and leadership as required.
• Generate marketing materials that comply with detailed and comprehensive company brand standards.
• Design and format marketing materials such as branding, property brochures, marketing boards, flyers, direct mail, e-blasts, postcards, pop-up banners, and event invitations.
• Create maps that illustrate pertinent information regarding the property being marketed.
• Develop tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visuals in an efficient manner.
• Exhibit a high level of creativity in development and production skills.
• Manage creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects effectively.
• Prioritize overall workload in collaboration with the marketing team and leadership as appropriate.
• Regularly communicate priorities, progress, deadlines, and any outstanding questions to internal clients.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Over 3 years of graphic design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of HTML and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to understand, design, and utilize infographics and iconography for effective visual communication.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or a background in real estate is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
