This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

• Analyze design briefs to identify requirements

• Strategize and produce graphics for our clients' brands

• Create brand-centric and high-converting graphic designs (including banners, GIFs, and email popup form designs)

• Research and apply the latest design principles in e-commerce marketing

• Collaborate regularly with the head of graphic design, marketing manager, and account managers to finalize designs

• Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with brand identity

• Revise designs based on feedback from the team

• Participate in regular team meetings for updates and collaborative efforts

• Typically, you will assist account managers by providing the necessary graphics for their emails.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree

• Experience in email marketing is beneficial but not mandatory

• Must be seeking full-time and exclusive employment (not engaged as a freelancer or managing side businesses)

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential

• A strong interest in the e-commerce sector is necessary

• A passion for design along with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Eagerness to tackle challenges and quickly acquire new skills

• Ability to rapidly learn new software

• Basic data analysis capabilities (familiarity with split testing and logical problem-solving)

• A proactive self-starter who consistently seeks ways to enhance performance

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities
