Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create artwork proofs based on client specifications while ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with turnaround schedules.

• Prepare and configure print-ready files according to detailed technical requirements.

• Work on signage and large-format print projects, including signage and large-format designs, business cards, flyers, and print collateral.

• Organize and prioritize tasks through a shared design queue to meet production timelines.

• Collaborate effectively with the team using Microsoft Teams and the Corebridge job management system.

• Evaluate and incorporate feedback from designers, production staff, and the sales team to enhance artwork outputs.

• Maintain proactive and clear communication, addressing concerns promptly and seeking clarification when necessary.

• Ensure high production accuracy and exceptional attention to detail across all outputs.

• Assist with additional design or production-related tasks as required.

• Contribute to enhancing workflow efficiency and design processes.

• Engage in a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in graphic design.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong foundation in graphic design principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong mathematical aptitude for working with precise specifications.

• Strong communication and listening skills, with the capability to accurately interpret briefs.

• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a readiness to learn and accept guidance.

• Ability to thrive in a structured, deadline-driven production environment.

• Experience in print or signage design is an advantage but not mandatory.
