📋 Description

• Develop exceptional design work for Binance, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange platform.

• Generate outstanding, engaging, and effective designs to fulfill all of Binance’s creative requirements.

• Continuously produce modern, impactful, and inspiring creative assets that enhance the global brand.

• Work closely with the creative team and other internal departments.

• Create digital graphics, merchandise designs, campaign materials, motion graphics, and communications across multiple channels.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Design qualifications + experience:** Skilled graphic/brand/digital designer with **5+ years** in a creative team (global in-house or agency).

• **Fast-paced output:** Demonstrated ability to produce **high-volume, high-quality digital assets** in a rapidly evolving online environment (lifestyle/sports/fashion/crypto preferred) and **meet strict daily/seasonal/project deadlines**.

• **End-to-end design skills:** Proficient in managing the entire process **from concept and design development to production/build**, adhering to team best practices.

• **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite + Figma**; knowledge of **3D software** is a plus; familiar with **task/project management tools** (e.g., Asana, Google Docs, Word, Excel).

• **Generative AI:** Experience in working with and utilizing generative AI is an advantage.

• **Brand/customer focus:** Designs with the **brand and customer** at the forefront and demonstrates strong creative thinking, idea generation, and visual judgment.

• **Collaboration & communication:** Excellent **English** communication and presentation skills (additional languages are a plus); strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence; some experience in coordinating with **third-party agencies**.
