This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Accountable for monitoring, analyzing, and predicting policy and legislative changes at both the EU and local (CEE) levels that may affect patient access, pricing, reimbursement, and overall business viability.
• Concentrates on EU-level policy initiatives and their adaptation and execution within national contexts.
• Delivers early policy intelligence, impact evaluations, and strategic insights to facilitate informed business decision-making.
• Aids in the formulation of pertinent access and policy strategies.
• Assists local affiliates in comprehending policy modifications and their consequences for access and pricing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Background in governmental affairs, public policy, market access, or similar positions within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or public sectors.
• Strong grasp of EU and CEE healthcare policy landscapes along with a solid understanding of pricing & reimbursement processes, payer environments, and government affairs/policy/advocacy.
• Experience in multi-country coordination or working with industry associations is a plus.
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder project management and leadership, with a track record of delivering outcomes on schedule and within budget.
