This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delegate daily tasks to team members to guarantee the prompt and precise completion of FHA, VA, and USDA insuring applications.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of established guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct random quality control assessments of team member output to verify adherence to guidelines and procedures.
• Act as a backup for the AVP, Government Insuring when necessary.
• Review closed loan files to confirm that all documents required by FHA, VA, or USDA are present, complete, and accurate, facilitating the submission of the insuring application to the relevant agency and obtaining the insuring certificate/guaranty.
• Timely and accurately remit UFMIP, VAFF, and USDA fees as mandated by FHA, VA, and USDA.
• Organize loan files in the correct stacking order for HUD and VA audit requests.
• Submit loan deficiencies for correction as required.
• Review and address Notice of Rejects (NOR) promptly and accurately.
• Validate the insuring status and accuracy of acquired loans.
• Carry out additional reviews and research related to government loans as necessary.
• A college degree of 2 to 4 years is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a government insuring environment is required.
• Proven knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA requirements for loan insurance applications.
• Familiarity with essential loan documents such as 92900A, IRRRL Worksheets, Closing Disclosure, etc.
• Proficient in using FHA-Connection, WebLGY, and the USDA portal for insurance applications.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence others.
• In-depth understanding of FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines pertaining to insuring applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to written procedures and guidelines is essential.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
