This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter.
• Reach out to customers for follow-up calls and to arrange appointments with technicians.
• Professionally handle complaints and claims related to service delivery, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual – you will need to communicate with both French and English speakers in Québec, answering calls in English approximately 10% to 15% of the time.
• Availability to work 5 days per week, up to 40 hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• A high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet workspace located within the province of Québec.
• Sales aptitude and interest: you possess strong negotiation skills and are dynamic and persistent.
• Capability to work in a computerized environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Completion of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Hourly bonus for working on Saturdays.
