Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and upkeep of internal policies, standards, and procedures.

• Oversee adherence to laws, regulations, and corporate directives.

• Aid in risk management and the establishment of internal controls.

• Compile management reports and governance metrics.

• Offer support during internal and external audits.

• Coordinate and follow up on committee and board meetings (including minutes, agendas, and materials).

• Foster ongoing enhancement of governance processes.

• Ensure compliance with ethical codes and conduct standards.

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Understanding of corporate governance, compliance, or risk management.

• Acquainted with relevant standards and regulations.

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.

• Possess analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
