Governance Analyst, Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing development of the corporate AI Governance framework.

• Manage the inventory of AI assets, which includes models, agents, prompts, knowledge bases, and external providers.

• Create and uphold taxonomies, policies, standards, procedures, metrics, and audit trails.

• Ensure compliance with requirements for transparency, traceability, explainability, and documentation.

• Promote the establishment of a responsible AI culture within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with AI governance, encompassing asset inventory, model lifecycle management, risk classification, auditing, traceability, and accountability.

• Extensive knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, embeddings, vector databases, grounding, and guardrails.

• Understanding of major industry frameworks and regulations, such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

• Knowledge of Data Governance principles, including DAMA-DMBOK, metadata management, data quality, data lineage, data stewardship, business glossaries, taxonomies, ontologies, and semantic management.

• Expertise in observability, evaluation, and monitoring of AI solutions, including evaluations, test harnesses, explainability (XAI), Model Cards, and Datasheets for Datasets.

• Proficient in developing policies, standards, reports, and technical documentation.

• A postgraduate degree or certifications in Data Governance, Artificial Intelligence, Risk Management, or Information Security.

• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, multi-agent architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent skills.

• Experience with cataloging, metadata, observability, and AI governance tools.

• Understanding of AI security concerns, including risks related to prompt injection, data leakage, and jailbreaks.

• Previous experience working in mission-critical environments.

• Proficient in advanced English for occasional discussions with solution vendors.
