Google DialogFlow Engineer, Python

📋 Description

• Miratech is seeking a Google DialogFlow Engineer (Python) to become a key member of the Bot Development team, working on cutting-edge conversational AI solutions across various cloud platforms.

• In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving intelligent chatbots and voice bots utilizing Google Cloud Platform technologies, with a particular emphasis on Dialogflow CX and its LLM-powered Playbooks capabilities.

• Your contributions will be vital in delivering scalable and high-performance conversational experiences through advanced AI functionalities, backend integrations, and contemporary cloud-native architectures.

• You will design, develop, and implement chatbots and voice bots using leading Conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Google CCAI, and Dialogflow CX.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices and standards.

• Create custom components and tools to enhance the functionality and performance of our chatbot ecosystem.

• Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to fulfill project requirements and meet user expectations.

• Utilize natural language processing (NLP), LLM, and machine learning (ML) techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable our chatbots to understand and respond intelligently to user interactions.

• Seamlessly integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges by analyzing logs and debugging code for continuous enhancement.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of practical experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration.

• Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI.

• Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional functionalities of Dialogflow CX.

• Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform.

• Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments.

• Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases.

• Experience integrating web services into applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with automated testing practices.
