Global System Integrator – Partner Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with targeted global system integrators to create joint business plans that integrate Forcepoint’s data security platform into their consulting services and managed security offerings.

• Work alongside internal sales teams and external partners to develop, influence, and speed up the joint sales pipeline.

• Establish and nurture trusted-advisor relationships with senior leadership and field teams at targeted GSIs.

• Provide training to GSI consulting and technical teams on the Forcepoint platform.

• Assist GSIs in the design, architecture, and sales of Forcepoint-based solutions.

• Oversee co-sell forecasting and monitor partner-sourced revenue.

• Ensure disciplined reporting using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

• Propel revenue growth through strategic collaborations with prominent consulting and integration firms across the Americas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales, strategic alliances, or go-to-market leadership.

• Relevant experience within GSI or consulting ecosystems.

• In-depth understanding of the GSI landscape, internal organizational structures, partner program incentives, and managed-services billing models.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring net-new enterprise logos and Total Contract Value through partner-led sales strategies.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Proficient in negotiating complex deals and articulating compelling joint-value propositions.

• Preferred working knowledge of the cybersecurity market, including data security/DLP, cloud security, and Zero Trust.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• An MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
