Global Study Manager – Clinical Research, Central Labs Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary client contact and intermediary between clients, CROs, and Labcorp.

• Ensure effective collaboration among Labcorp study team members for efficient study execution.

• Oversee project management of client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone oversight.

• Facilitate communication between clients and the extended Labcorp study team, including the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.

• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to guarantee the high-quality implementation of client-specific requirements.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of global and local studies of varying complexity.

• Advocate for client interests within Central Labs and across various Labcorp business units.

• Gain an understanding of the culture and pipeline of assigned clients, engaging with both internal and external personnel.

• Participate in functional meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

• Adhere to the Central Labs Global Project Management strategy.

• Promote continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical research.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience directly engaging with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven track record in managing both internal and external customer relationships, addressing escalations, and providing exceptional client support.

• Demonstrated capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

• Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and deadline management skills.

• Outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is preferred.

• Preferred: 2 years or more of experience within Labcorp's CLS group.
