Global Study Manager – Clinical Research, Central Labs Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, serving as a liaison between clients, CRO, and Labcorp.

• Ensure effective collaboration among Labcorp study team members for the smooth delivery of studies.

• Provide project management oversight with a focus on client deliverables, budget management, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.

• Facilitate communication between clients and the broader Labcorp study team.

• Review Statements of Work (SOW) to guarantee the high-quality implementation of client-specific requirements.

• Oversee a portfolio of both global and local studies with varying levels of complexity.

• Represent clients within Labcorp Central Labs and across various Labcorp business units.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain insights into the assigned clients’ culture and project pipeline.

• Engage in functional meetings, providing input while ensuring that processes remain current.

• Adhere to the Central Labs Global Project Management strategy.

• Promote continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 6 years of experience in clinical research.

• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

• At least 2 years of direct experience engaging with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven capability in managing relationships with internal and external customers, including handling escalations and providing high-quality client support.

• Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

• Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle competing deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is preferred.

• Preferred: 2 years or more of experience within Labcorp's CLS group.
