This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Ensure that both clients and internal teams have a comprehensive understanding of the contracted service scope, delivery model, and system landscape on a global scale.
• Serve as the primary point of clarity regarding the scope of services, operational procedures, and expectations throughout the transition from project to Business as Usual (BAU).
• Identify potential risks within the service transition workstream and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines and quality.
• Establish and uphold global processes that promote standardization, efficiency, and consistency across various countries.
• Ensure that local teams adhere to global processes, making adaptations only when legally or operationally necessary and in accordance with Strada standards and contractual obligations.
• Formulate the global testing strategy, which encompasses phases, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
• Supervise testing activities and defect management to guarantee solution readiness before go-live.
• Implement and advocate for the use of global service delivery tools, facilitating their adoption across both global and local teams.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and governance protocols.
• Track transition progress and confirm readiness for each phase of implementation.
• Lead client-facing workshops focused on service scope, processes, testing, timelines, and operational readiness.
• Simplify complex topics into clear and actionable guidance for clients.
• As a global HR–Payroll–Benefits consultant, assist clients through the implementation methodology, detailing what is delivered, when, and how.
• Onboard Local Service Transition Consultants and provide support during country-level implementations to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Travel domestically and internationally as necessary for workshops and deployment activities, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• 3-5 years of experience in implementation services; prior experience as a Local Service Transition Consultant is a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and Payroll service delivery or operations, preferably within global or multi-country settings.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively among multiple stakeholders (clients, operations, technical teams, project/program management).
• Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles and liaising with various parties.
• Capability to convey complex subjects to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience in leading workshops with multiple participants.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing several projects concurrently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, with experience in Smartsheet and familiarity with AI technologies applied to implementation services.
