Global Project Manager – Home Clinical Trial Services

📋 Description

• Supervising the execution and implementation of home visits as specified in the clinical trial protocol.

• Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure the efficient operation of participant home visits.

• Creating study-specific strategies, training resources, and timelines for each designated project.

• Meeting with internal teams to synchronize efforts, offer recommendations, and develop risk management plans.

• Assessing healthcare professionals' (HCP) qualifications, licensure, and CVs to determine project participation.

• Engaging in ongoing training for recertification and updates on new regulations.

• Representing the department in internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives based on business needs.

• Mentoring, guiding, and providing support to junior team members.

• Involvement in process enhancement initiatives.

• Ensuring that remote study activities conducted by HCPs adhere to local laws and regulations.

• Acting as the primary contact for clients and project teams regarding inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Relevant experience of 5+ years.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently with minimal guidance.

• Strong client relationship building and third-party management skills.
