Global PR & Communications Manager, US & EU Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Implement PR strategies across the US and EU markets.

• Pitch stories and secure coverage in relevant media outlets.

• Establish and nurture relationships with journalists and editors.

• Craft compelling story angles, narratives, and media hooks.

• Manage the complete cycle: idea → pitch → placement → amplification.

• Shape and enhance the brand narrative for external communications.

• Prepare press materials including press releases, media kits, and talking points.

• Ensure consistent messaging across PR, content, and marketing initiatives.

• Facilitate recognition through industry awards.

• Implement an effective PR measurement model that demonstrates clear business impact.

• Oversee execution of selected industry events in the US and EU.

• Contribute to the presence strategy, including booth concepts, messaging, and positioning.

• Coordinate communication with vendors and manage logistics.

• Secure speaking engagements and event-related PR opportunities.

• Provide support for webinars and external-facing content from a communications perspective.

• Transform insights into clear and engaging narratives.

• Assist with cross-team educational materials as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in PR or Communications.

• Background in tech, SaaS, AI, or creative tools.

• Demonstrated success in securing Tier-1 US and EU media coverage (portfolio required).

• Experience collaborating with US and/or European media.

• Practical experience in pitching and reaching out to journalists.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Capable of independently driving PR initiatives.

• Familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Muck Rack, Qwoted).

• Preferred: Experience with the German press landscape.

• Proficient in spoken and written German.
