This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop, launch, and manage a multi-tiered Channel Partner Program designed to promote growth, loyalty, and technical expertise.
• Create the "Partner Playbook," which will include onboarding materials, sales training resources, and co-marketing tools.
• Oversee the partner portal to facilitate deal registration, lead distribution, and performance tracking.
• Identify and recruit "tier-one" strategic partners that enhance Virtuozzo’s offerings.
• Craft distinctive "better together" narratives for complex alliances.
• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with the roadmap.
• Drive revenue targets that are originated and influenced by partners.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to assess pipeline health.
• Keep an eye on competitor partner programs to maintain Virtuozzo's attractiveness to service providers.
• 5–10 years of experience in Channel Management or Alliances within the Cloud, IaaS, or Software-Defined Storage sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to transition from high-level strategic planning to detailed execution.
• Experience collaborating with various partner types across different regions (Americas, EMEA, APJ).
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation abilities; capable of influencing C-level stakeholders at partner organizations.
• A strong understanding of virtualization technologies, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), and the service provider business model.
