This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Lead to promote operational excellence throughout the legal entity governance program.
• Oversee tool onboarding and data migration processes.
• Act as the internal administrator for the governance platform, ensuring the integrity of data.
• Assist in budgeting and ongoing improvement initiatives (Lean).
• Create efficient and scalable processes for our global legal, tax, treasury, and finance stakeholders.
• Aid in the annual budgeting cycle for the legal entity governance function.
• Track ongoing expenditures and assess budget performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, tool licenses, and cost allocations related to governance operations.
• Serve as the operational liaison to global teams, executing governance tasks, escalating issues, and driving prompt resolutions.
• Provide training, communications, and onboarding for internal users of the tool.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, information systems, or a related field (a J.D. or legal background is advantageous but not required).
• 5-8 years of pertinent experience in legal operations, entity governance, program/project management, or process improvement.
• Strong background in tool implementation and data migration, including system onboarding and administration.
• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Solid experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills in global/matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong quality-control orientation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent collaborator with the capability to build trusted relationships in a matrixed global context.
