This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive relocation process for employees worldwide, managing all tasks from the acceptance of offers to post-arrival support.
• Act as the main point of contact and a subject matter expert for employees undergoing relocation and key internal stakeholders, offering guidance throughout the relocation experience.
• Coordinate relocation logistics with external providers, including temporary housing, household goods transportation, travel plans, and destination services.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the company’s global mobility and relocation initiatives.
• Develop, sustain, and regularly assess global mobility policies, relocation protocols, and scalable operational processes.
• Conduct benchmarking of relocation programs, benefits, and vendor services against industry benchmarks.
• Monitor program performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, feedback from employees and stakeholders, and cost assessments.
• Identify and pursue internal and external partnership opportunities to enhance the Global Mobility program.
• Set service level expectations and conduct regular business reviews with vendors.
• Manage financial budgets and forecasting in collaboration with Finance regarding global mobility program expenses.
• Review relocation invoices to ensure accuracy, proper allocation, and timely processing.
• Recognize compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies for immigration, employment, and local regulatory requirements.
• Represent Global Mobility to external entities, including auditors and professional industry associations.
• Proven experience in managing comprehensive international relocation programs and vendor relationships, ideally gained through consultancy and industry placements.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of global mobility operations, best practices in relocation, and related processes.
• Experience working across various countries and cultures.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting rapidly growing international organizations.
• Authorization to work in the country of application is required.
