Global IT Solution Lead – EBS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance on technical architecture and train analysts on principles and best practices for Support and Projects.

• Function in a global setting, ensuring solutions are aligned across all regions for scalability and stability.

• Investigate new technologies in line with information security and cybersecurity policies.

• Engage, recruit, and manage IT vendors effectively.

• Supervise procurement processes and payments associated with IT vendor management.

• Prepare comprehensive design and implementation plans.

• Oversee projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Collect business requirements from both internal and external clients and coordinate project plans accordingly.

• Engage stakeholders, coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, and lead project teams.

• Lead or participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting of essential business applications and systems.

• Create and organize specifications, data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.

• Ensure governance and maintenance of the overall solution architecture, focusing on scalability and integrity.

• Attend SAB and CAB meetings as necessary.

• Ensure proper evidence, documentation, and approvals for deployments in compliance with policies.

• Provide approvals in ServiceNow for enhancements and consultant requests.

• Remain updated on SAP technologies and industry best practices.

• Define constraints and requirements for solutions.

• Align the Scrum team and stakeholders on the technical direction of projects.

• Assess solution and service options with vendors, incorporating external requirements into designs.

• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to cultivate autonomous Scrum teams.

• Implement best practices in agile management.

• Coordinate BA testing and develop test cases to ensure quality assurance.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for BA.
