This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform analyses based on data and literature regarding healthcare markets, product and disease landscapes, and access challenges in LMICs.
• Collect and synthesize evidence from various sources, converting intricate information into clear, organized insights.
• Assist in both quantitative and qualitative analyses on subjects such as portfolio strategy, health system readiness, and health financing.
• Aid in the design and enhancement of research tools, frameworks, and models utilized in client projects.
• Create well-organized presentations, reports, and briefing materials that effectively convey findings.
• Help prepare meeting materials and engage in client discussions by providing clear, evidence-based insights.
• Ensure precision, clarity, and consistency in all written and visual outputs.
• Keep well-organized documentation of research and analytical results for both internal and client use.
• Assist in researching innovative financing mechanisms and their application within LMIC contexts.
• Evaluate market and financing data to guide access strategies and support client recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Associates, Engagement Managers, and Principals to produce high-quality outputs punctually.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of LMIC health systems, access challenges, and market-shaping dynamics.
• Contribute to internal learning initiatives and the development of shared tools and frameworks.
• Exhibit openness to feedback and a growth-oriented mindset, actively seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and acquire new skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Foundational experience in consulting, global health, or life sciences.
• Proven analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, characterized by clarity and structure.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to accept feedback and learn.
• A genuine enthusiasm for global health and enhancing access to medicines in LMICs.
• Familiarity with LMIC healthcare systems, access issues, pricing, or financing.
• Exposure to quantitative tools or data visualization (e.g., Stata, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Fluency in French is advantageous, but not mandatory.
