This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategic growth and support for the data centers, hydrogen, and grid firming sectors.
• Identify and develop Aeroderivative prospects in collaboration with regional sales and sales SWAT teams.
• Acquire and master tools for techno-economic and reliability analyses to position Aero products competitively.
• Collaborate with internal teams at GE Vernova to advance the Aero business in targeted segments.
• Work alongside Aero Engineering on Aero Package and plant configurations tailored for data centers.
• Represent the Aero business in various forums and seminars.
• Engage with regional teams regarding significant RFPs and accounts.
• Assist in creating technical and budgetary proposals for customers, working with product champions and commercial operations.
• Transform customer deals and projects into solid proposals and successfully won opportunities.
• Aid in technical assessments and the commercial finalization of orders.
• Co-manage major data center accounts alongside regional teams and other GE Vernova business units.
• Collaborate with the GE Vernova Data Center Commercialization team on plant configurations and systems.
• Write white papers and articles to support segment marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Co-lead internal Quality Management Initiatives (QMIs).
• Drive and support innovations and patents that enhance Aero products.
• A minimum of 6 years of prior experience in power generation and gas turbines within Engineering, Commercial, or Sales management.
• An electrical background is essential.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
• Experience with Aeroderivative gas turbines is required.
• Knowledge of data centers is crucial.
• Experience with hydrogen-related projects is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• Prior experience in renewables, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and hybrid systems is preferred.
• Experience in techno-economic modeling is a plus.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization is required.
• Proficiency in other languages besides English is desirable.
