This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the strategy and execution for our global channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
• Establish growth objectives for each channel, conduct experiments, and focus on successful strategies.
• Ensure consistent publishing, leveraging each platform's native features to enhance reach and engagement.
• Explore and evaluate new channels and formats where our audiences are migrating.
• Develop and implement monthly advertising budgets on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, with assistance from the Marketing Manager.
• Identify and craft entrepreneur narratives, online articles, and donor case studies based on interviews with founders and experts.
• Collaborate with our Brand and Design Lead to produce short-form video content.
• Oversee content production by coordinating with consultants and vendors, from initial brief to final output (graphics, videos, etc.).
• Create the monthly newsletter and quarterly donor newsletter: including copy, layout, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Initially supported by the CCO, you will eventually be responsible for the editorial review of content across global channels.
• Manage daily interactions with chapter (country office) communications leads in 14 countries, under the guidance and support of the CCO.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and link chapter stories to global moments and campaigns.
• You will oversee the global analytics dashboard and provide monthly reports on channel performance, transforming data into actionable insights: what to retain, modify, or eliminate.
• Coordinate with chapter communications leads to gather data – either manually or through shared tools – for the aforementioned dashboard.
• A minimum of 5 years in digital communications and content production, demonstrating growth in channel reach and engagement.
• A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute daily editorial tasks effectively.
• Experience in climate or clean energy: you can engage in discussions about the energy transition confidently.
• Experience working on a global or regional scale, across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Strong editorial judgment: you edit others' work promptly and with kindness, recognizing compelling stories.
• Outstanding English copywriting skills, both short and long form, including the ability to interview founders and experts.
• Basic design and short-form video skills (proficiency in Canva is essential; knowledge of Adobe is a plus; work samples may be requested).
• A solid understanding of analytics and data collection: you assess what is important and make adjustments accordingly.
• Comprehensive email marketing experience (Mailchimp is a plus).
• Familiarity with some or all tools in our tech stack: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Slack, Asana.
• You thoughtfully utilize AI tools to enhance productivity while exercising strong editorial judgment and upholding high standards for originality and brand voice.
• We encourage you to bring one or more of these additional skills:
• Experience in media relations and reputation management.
• Background in paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency in a second regional language (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Mandarin, Filipino, Hindi).
• Experience engaging entrepreneur or startup audiences.
