Clinical Specialist – Allergan Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical facilitation, consultation, and injection training to clients in one-on-one settings as part of the Allergan Medical Institute program.

• Collaborate with the AMI-Lead to assess clinical requirements and deliver suitable customer facilitation.

• Develop clinical development strategies for key accounts and communicate these plans to the AMI Lead and sales team.

• Clearly convey the unique advantages of Allergan products and services compared to competitors.

• Ensure dependable and prompt follow-up after interactions with clients and Allergan medical trainers.

• Participate in industry conferences and meetings related to the Allergan Medical Institute.

• Allocate approximately 80% of working hours to field activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, dental, or pharmaceutical field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or clinical specialist position within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sector.

• Ideally possess experience in facilitation, training, or coaching, including event management and the preparation and delivery of workshops and other educational solutions.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Capable of guiding groups to develop skills, make decisions, or complete tasks through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and influence tactics.

• Skilled in providing customized, value-added solutions and recommendations to address customer needs.

• A valid driving license is necessary.
