This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead a team of Project Managers and support personnel while acting as a strategic partner for pharmaceutical and biotech clients during their clinical trials journey.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and team development as you manage intricate global clinical supply chain operations.
• Contribute to our mission of helping customers create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world by guaranteeing that patients receive the necessary therapies when required.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and implement ongoing process enhancements.
• Manage portfolio oversight, resource distribution, and financial performance while supporting team members and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Utilize your expertise in clinical trial operations and GMP environments to provide exceptional service and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Advanced Degree with 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research project management.
• Preferred Fields of Study: business, operations management, supply chain, or a science-related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred.
• Over 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proficient in clinical service management and complex clinical trial operations.
• Strong understanding of GMP environments and regulatory standards.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and systems.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, GPMS, and TrackWise.
• Expertise in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
• Proven capability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time may be required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
