This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Oversee global air services operations, encompassing ticketing, exchanges/re-issues, schedule modifications, and refunds.

• Ensure timely processing and issuance of all tickets on a daily basis.

• Address internal and external email inquiries promptly.

• Track changing airline policies and collaborate with airlines to secure authorizations and resolve issues.

• Assist the Inside Sales team in promoting flights in conjunction with tours to boost air attachment rates.

• Act as the main point of contact for G Air topics, the Internal Booking Engine, and air-related initiatives.

• Provide occasional after-hours and weekend emergency support for urgent passenger modifications.

• Work in partnership with vendors and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and refine processes.

• At least 1 year of experience in a dynamic customer service and travel sales setting.

• Proficient technical skills with the Amadeus Cryptic system, including PNRs, fares, ticketing, exchanges, and refunds across BSP/ARC.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Experience with Google Workspace applications, such as Gmail and Drive.

• Quick learner of new internal booking software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Customer-service oriented for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in an organized manner.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage occasional mental fatigue during high-pressure, time-sensitive airline and passenger disruption scenarios.
