• Manage incoming calls from Claro customers (Peruvian public)

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Conduct commercial management during interactions

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center

• Windows 10 PC or Laptop

• 8 GB RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headset
