📋 Description

• Provide customer support to users who speak German regarding Fitbit hardware and health-tracking software.

• Diagnose issues related to wearable device syncing, application connectivity, and data analytics.

• Inform users about Fitbit devices and the advantages of Fitness & Wellness.

• Stay updated on fitness technology trends and offer expert advice.

• Record customer interactions to aid in product enhancement and quality control.

• Work alongside internal teams to address complex technical issues and uphold high satisfaction ratings.

• Professionally represent the Fitbit brand.

• Native or fluent in German, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport is required.

• A strong interest in the Fitness & Wellness sector and wearable technology.

• Outstanding communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly beneficial.
