This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email in German.
• Efficiently process insurance claims and address customer concerns.
• Elevate complex cases in accordance with internal protocols.
• Handle new vehicle insurance applications.
• Administer contract modifications, transitions, and cancellations.
• Manage general correspondence and relevant documentation.
• Accurately record contracts (essential for business operations).
• Process changes of address, account updates, and SEPA mandates.
• Ensure prompt processing of incoming documents (email/post).
• Offer insurance advice and create customized proposals.
• Promote additional insurance products (liability, property, legal, etc.).
• Assist in customer onboarding (e.g., registrations for self-service portals).
• Arrange appointments for pension consultations.
• Proficient in German (C1+ level).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Capability to simplify intricate insurance topics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on resolving issues on the first contact.
• Exceptional attention to detail (particularly in data entry and documentation).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across various systems in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient PC user (Windows, CRM systems, MS Office).
• Typing speed: 25 WPM with an accuracy rate of 85%.
• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma.
• Performance bonus of up to 10% (based on targets).
• Relocation package (if relocating to Greece): Option 1: Full coverage of flight, hotel, and agency fees.
• Option 2: €250 allowance plus agency fees.
