This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Addressing customer inquiries through email and other written formats — in a professional and timely manner — in German
• Effectively resolving issues, complaints, and questions with empathy
• Ensuring that every customer interaction aligns with the company's standards and brand voice
• Identifying recurring problems and bringing them to the attention of the wider team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences
• Native or fluent German speaker — this is a mandatory requirement; all customer communication is conducted in German
• Demonstrated customer service experience — you have a track record in this area and excel at it
• Exceptional written German — your communication is clear, professional, and warm; this will be evaluated during the interview
• Dependable and consistent — you reliably show up, follow through, and take ownership of your duties
• Composed under pressure and capable of managing challenging customer interactions with professionalism
• Comfortable working independently in a structured team environment from a remote location
• Available to work during CET business hours (Monday to Friday)
