German Speaking Agent, Replacement Reservations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the swift provision of replacement vehicles to private customers in the event of breakdowns or accidents.

• Coordinate with insurance and roadside assistance providers through email or telephone communication.

• Efficiently generate orders and reserve requested vehicles without delay.

• Proficiency in both German and English languages.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook).

• Capability to understand and anticipate customer requirements.

• Willingness to work during night shifts.
