This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Observe and assess user-generated content (such as sales advertisements).
• Address customer queries on all aspects of the online marketplace, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Adhere to established communication protocols and policies.
• Assess situations and make decisions based on outlined policies and guidelines.
• Previous experience is not mandatory, although some background in customer service would be advantageous.
• Candidates should possess strong computer skills and demonstrate the ability to learn new software tools.
• Excellent communication abilities are essential, along with robust analytical, decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the German language (advanced/proficient) and conversational English skills are required.
• A professional approach is necessary, with punctuality, the capacity to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow procedures and instructions.
• A genuine enthusiasm for making a positive impact is desired.
• Flexibility in working hours is important.
• Salary: 21.1K euros gross per year.
