German Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients.

• Address inquiries through phone and email in German.

• Efficiently manage insurance claims and resolve customer issues.

• Escalate complex situations according to internal protocols.

• Process applications for new vehicle insurance.

• Oversee changes to contracts, including conversions and terminations.

• Handle general correspondence and documentation tasks.

• Ensure precise logging of contracts.

• Process changes of address, account updates, and SEPA mandates.

• Guarantee timely processing of incoming documentation.

• Offer insurance advice and create customized offers.

• Promote additional insurance products through cross-selling.

• Assist with customer onboarding processes.

• Arrange appointments for pension consultation.

• Proficient in German (C1+ level).

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Capability to simplify complex insurance concepts.

• Problem-solving attitude aimed at achieving first-contact resolution.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks across various systems in a dynamic environment.

• Competent PC user (Windows, CRM systems, MS Office).

• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

• At least a high school diploma.
