Gerente Sênior de Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop teams in Cloud Engineering, SRE, and Platform Engineering;

• Define and enhance the company's cloud infrastructure strategy;

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of systems;

• Drive modernization initiatives in architecture, including microservices, containers, and serverless solutions;

• Manage and optimize cloud costs through FinOps practices;

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Security, and Product teams;

• Advance observability, automation, and infrastructure as code practices;

• Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices;

• Lead capacity planning, incident management, and disaster recovery processes;

• Support the company in adopting new technologies and cloud-native architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams;

• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms, particularly AWS;

• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and distributed architectures;

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar);

• Experience with SRE practices, observability, and automation;

• Knowledge of cloud security and best architectural practices;

• Experience with high-scale and high-availability environments;

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
