Generative AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Crafting clean, scalable, and efficient code.

• Developing reusable code libraries for future applications.

• Creating high-performance and scalable servers using Go, Java, Node.js, Kotlin, and other technologies.

• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in developing scalable server code utilizing gRPC and similar technologies.

• Enhancing application performance for full-scale production deployments.

• Researching and developing Generative AI models and techniques.

• Designing scalable pipelines to integrate AI models, including RAG architectures, into backend services.

• Fine-tuning and adapting models for specific use cases using domain-specific data.

• Implementing and integrating vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) for RAG workflows.

• Providing code documentation and contributing to technical documentation.

• Regularly inspecting server code for optimization in speed.

• Engaging in code reviews.

• Conceptualizing and implementing solutions for data storage needs.

• Configuring usability across all front-end applications.

• Ensuring a stable server environment with zero downtime.

• Troubleshooting and debugging to enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with software engineering best practices, including design patterns, code reviews, and unit and integration testing.

• Comprehensive understanding of computer science fundamentals, internet technologies, and protocols.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet goals with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

• Capacity to articulate complex topics in a clear and organized manner.

• Quick to explore and utilize new frameworks and tools.

• Proactive and able to take initiative while working independently.
