General QA Engineer – Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Functional Testing: Ensuring new features of the web application align with requirements.

• Regression Testing: Monitoring the stability of existing functionality after code updates.

• Test Documentation: Creating and maintaining up-to-date test cases, checklists, project documentation, and guides.

• Requirement Analysis: Identifying inaccuracies in tasks from managers and designers before development begins.

• Bug Tracking: Logging defects, determining their priority, and verifying fixes.

• Test Automation: Writing and maintaining basic or current automation scripts/test cases.

• Communication: Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team to enhance processes and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in web testing.

• Experience with test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports, etc.).

• Understanding of the specifics of web purchases and product monetization principles.

• Developed soft and management skills: effective communication, task prioritization, analytical and product thinking.

• Experience working in Agile teams (participation in sprints, release planning, and retrospectives).

• Ability to effectively utilize AI for personal goals and tasks (AI proficiency).

• English language proficiency — at least B1.

• Knowledge of automation tools.

• Understanding of the product lifecycle and the principles of how product companies operate.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and its applications.
